Pure Energy Visions Corporation (Pure Energy) is in the business of developing and commercializing energy storage technologies for the battery and fuel cell markets. The Company has proprietary technology relating to Rechargeable Alkaline batteries, Direct Methanol Fuel Cells, as well as additional energy storage systems. The Company's flagship product is the Rechargeable Alkaline battery sold under the Pure Energy and XL brand names.

Rechargeable Alkaline batteries offer users significant performance, cost and environmental benefits compared to other rechargeable products. Further, they offer substantial economic and environmental benefits versus single-use battery types (see Products for detailed Features & Benefits). According to ACNeilsen in 2004 Pure Energy was the #1 selling consumer rechargeable battery in 2004 with approximately 42% of the batteries sold.

In response to increasing demand for other high-performance batteries at a reasonable price, Pure Energy also markets single-use and other rechargeable batteries. In addition to private label orders, Pure Energy offers branded products under the Pure Power and Power Play labels for large volume accounts.

Pure Energy's products are distributed and marketed globally (see Availability) through a growing network of international agents, distributors and strategic partners.
