PURE ENERGY VISIONS CORPORATION ENTERS INTO AGREEMENTS TO COMPLETE DEBT RESTRUCTURING AND EXPAND ITS BUSINESS - October 26, 2007

Energy Visions Corporation is pleased to report that agreements have been entered into to complete the debt restructuring contemplated in the previously announced investment proposal dated May 22, 2007 (the "Investment Proposal") with Network Capital Partners, Inc. ("NCP"). The agreements, including the issuance of shares and warrants of PEVC described below, are conditional upon PEVC receiving approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. The agreements will result in a change of control of PEVC, with NC P being considered to have acquired a controlling interest in PEVC. Upon closing, NCP will own 32,674,207 common shares, 2,000,000 warrants to purchase common shares from treasury and 3,500,000 options to purchase already issued common shares of PEVC, representing 49.7% of the PEVC issued and outstanding common shares (assuming exercise of these warrants and options). In addition, Perfectly Natural Solutions, Inc. ("PNS"), pursuant to the granting of a license agreement to PEVC, will receive 11,000,000 common shares and 1,100,000 warrants to purchase common shares of PEVC. Mr. Paul W Simmonds, the founder of NCP, is also the controlling shareholder of PNS. The combined holding of NCP and PNS (assuming exercise of all warrants and options) would represent 58.9% of the issued and outstanding common shares of PEVC.

MOU with the Institute of Technology Kanpur for Fuel Cell Development- Dec. 5, 2006

Pure Energy Visions Corporation reported today that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur ("IIT Kanpur"), located in Kanpur, India for the development of the Corporation's Direct Methanol Fuel Cell ("DMFC") technology.
The MOU will lead to an eventual agreement between IIT Kanpur, Pure Energy and one or more corporate partners and will include a multi-disciplinary development center located at IIT Kanpur. LETTER OF INTENT FROM INDIA'S BIRLA POWER SOLUTIONS - Sept. 6, 2006

Pure Energy Visions Corporation, announced today it has received a Letter of Intent from Birla Power Solutions Limited (Birla Power), part of the Yash Birla Group, one of the largest business groups in India.
Under the terms of a proposed joint venture agreement Birla Power and Pure Energy will work together to develop the market for Pure Energy's rechargeable and single-use batteries in India. The parties will also work together to further develop and commercialize Pure Energy's Direct Methanol Fuel Cell. UPDATE ON ITS TELEPHONE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM WITH TCL COMMUNICATIONS CO. LTD. - Sept. 6, 2006

Pure Energy Visions Corporation (PEV)reported today on progress with its product development program with TCL Communications Co., Ltd. In late 2005, Pure Energy signed a distribution agreement with TCL Hyperpower Batteries Inc. for the sale of Pure Energy's new XL formula Rechargeable Alkaline batteries. Since that time Pure Energy has been working with TCL Communications to redesign its "Caller ID" phones to operate using XL AA size batteries.
TCL produces and markets several types of phone in China, referred to as "Caller ID" phones. Unlike typical North American phones, these phones operate directly off the phone line, with the call display feature operated by single-use alkaline batteries. For this application, an extremely low self discharge rate of the batteries is an important feature that only alkaline batteries can handle. However, at the present time the consumers have to replace the batteries every three months in order to keep the caller ID feature working properly. This is an inconvenience and in some cases, the consumers think the phone doesn't work properly and complain to customer support services.

ANNOUNCES THE COMMENCEMENT OF TRADING ON THE TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE - Sept. 1, 2006

Pure Energy Visions Corporation is pleased to announce that commencing on September 6, 2006, the common shares of the Corporation will trade through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "PEV".
Further to its previous press releases, the Corporation filed a non-offering prospectus with the Ontario and British Columbia securities commissions (the "Commissions"). A receipt (the "Receipt") for the Corporation's final prospectus dated April 28, 2006 (the "Prospectus") was received from the Commissions on May 1, 2006.
The Prospectus qualified the distribution of 29,126,160 common shares in the capital of the Corporation upon the exercise of 29,126,160 outstanding special warrants which were issued pursuant to a planned reorganization of Lions Petroleum Inc., the former parent company of the Corporation. In addition, the Prospectus also qualified the distribution of the following common shares:
1. 8,466,667 common shares to be issued pursuant to a purchase agreement dated November 17, 2005 entered into between the Corporation and Rabih Holdings Ltd.
2. 1,448,777 common shares to be issued pursuant to various debt conversion agreements entered into between the Corporation and various arm's length third parties.
3. 2,140,000 common shares to be issued pursuant to common share purchase warrants.
